3. Order – Related Support
Order Processing and Shipping Updates
We understand that you’re eager to receive your purchases. Once you place an order, we’ll send you an order confirmation email. As your order is processed and shipped, we’ll keep you informed with regular updates via email. You can also track your order’s progress using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.
Address Changes and Order Modifications
If you need to change the shipping address or modify your order (such as adding or removing items), contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. However, if the order is already in transit, changes may not be possible.

5. Returns and Refunds
Return Process
Our 180 – day return policy allows you to return eligible products. To initiate a return, contact us at support@rarebeautyna.com. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to return the product. You’re responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Refund Timelines
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll process your refund within 5 – 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. If you have any questions about the refund process or the status of your refund, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you’re not happy with our products or service, please let us know.
