- Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will review it and provide you with a return authorization. This authorization is necessary for processing your return.
3. Return Shipping
- Customer – Paid Shipping: In most cases, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package reaches us safely.
- Exception: If the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part (such as sending the wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs. In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid return label or instructions on how to arrange for free return shipping.
4. Refund Processing
